I have so many posts rolling in my head, and I need to pace them out but I can not keep exciting news to myself. Every time I go to New York, I comment that some of my favorite things are the butcher shops and delis that line the streets. Their meat always seems fresher, the flowers are brighter, the fruit is riper… etc. (Their Dr. Pepper seems more caffeinated…)
Now? WE ARE GETTING OUT OWN NEW YORK BUTCHER SHOP!
I am not kidding, can you believe it?
It is going in next to the Toy Shop across from the Florence Mall at Seven Oaks Shopping center. We all need to go out and support this new business that local entrepreneur Brent Tiller and his father Johnny are starting.
