This is a benefit and ALL proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society. It is an encore of last years Night on Broadway which received rave reviews. The show at the Florence Little Theatre features performances by local talent including some of the Lake City Playhouse and Florence Little Theatre headliners. The event also includes a dessert reception in the FLT courtyard. It is great that is just across the street from the church. I used to grab stuff at Old Europe when we first moved here but have not been in awhile. I'll have to try the buffet. If you are looking for some amazing take-out Chinese, you can't beat Bamboo Garden for the price. It is next to the BILO on Pamplico. I love to grab some sushi from Sakura’s. Half the time I didn't realize it was still open. I frequented the UC Cafe (the predecessor to the Grille), that Subway across the road, Cici's and the Taco Bell that closed down out there. Also, El Toril is always good =). And who can forget about Soul Food Wednesdays at FMU- gotta love fried chicken (well, I liked it when I ate meat), mac & cheese, black eyed peas and rice, and those awesome cookies/cakes for dessert! But here's a good lunch suggestion... new buffet at Old Europe for lunch. It's like $5.99. Cheaper than Cici's even and probably 100x better. I'm planning to try that sometime next week... If you watch closely, you will see the same 2 ladies at the same booth around the same time everynight!!! That's what I like about Sunrise!
