Wine Dinner at Victor’s

I received the following from the Florence Wine guy, Josh Mason. I am SO sad that I will not be able to make this event.

Come to Victor’s this Saturday, starting at 6:30 and indulge yourself to a 5 course wine dinner as I will be leading you through the following menu:

–Spring Salad with Orange Vinagrette
Wine: Hopler Gruner Veltliner

–Sauteed Cod with Ginger-Lemon Scallion Broth
Wine: Do Ferreiro Albarino

–Penne Pasta with Lobster, Black Truffle and Califlower Sauce
Wine: Duval-Leroy Non-Vintage Brut

–Roasted Half Rack of Lamb
Wine: St. Colombe Cotes du Castillon

–Cheese Course
Avinyo Rosado Non-Vintage

This will be a special event as I select some amazing wines to lead through the dinner. Reservations cost $75/person.

Also, this event will have a one of a kind sale at the end of the dinner on the wines tasted! Take a little of Europe home with you!
