I received an email from a lovely reader, Janet, who told me about The Taste of Home Cooking Show. (She is even lovelier because she praised this site, and I am a sucker for praise.)

The Taste of Home Cooking School is hosted by the Morning News, WBTW and scnow.com. It takes place next Tuesday, May 5th at the Florence Civic Center. Tickets are $10. Doors open at 5:00 PM and the show starts at 7:00 PM. From 5-7 attendees can walk around our area of local vendors and sample wonderful foods and browse great merchandise. It is a Cooking School put on by Culinary Specialist Michelle Roberts from Taste of Home Magazine.

Here is the article on the Morning News Website.
