Looks like the clock out by Dargan Street at the library.

I think it’s the clock outside the Florence Library on Dargan.
it for sure is the clock outside the Florence County Library on Dargan Street. the actual clock looking at the builing is located on the right-hand side of the yard looks to be closer to the road than to the Library.
