I have long taken the position that Florence County has one of the best websites around. I have had to look at the websites of other counties on many occasions, and they just don’t compare.
Today I was checking the recreation page to see when the deadlines for fall baseball and fall soccer are (August 21 and 14 respectively) and I happened to see the travel options for seniors.
Y’all. **I** want to go on these trips.
West Virginia, Coastal Maine, Alaskan Cruise, Southern Women’s show, beach retreat… to name a few. I would love to hear from someone that has been on one of these trips, they sound like something some of you would love!

Also, the City of florence gymnastics recreation classes will start fall registration for boys and girls gymnastics on August 3rd at Freedom Florence Gymnastics center at 9:00 a.m. Monday August 3rd. This is a really grea sport for the Florence area.
