There will be a 10k, 5k and a 1 mile fun run/walk. There is truly something for everyone!
On the topic of running, there is also the Fifth Annual Dr. Ronald E. McNair 5K Run/Walk and Health Fair that will take place Oct. 17 in Lake City.

I can’t wait to do the Run Like a Nut race. A couple of us where I work said we were going to do it.
There are two other runs this Saturday too… the Heart Run at McLeod (didn’t know this was going on until like yesterday) and the Camp RAE run (I don’t know much about this, I just found out about it when I went to Taco Bell on Sunday and they had stuff up about it everywhere).
It really doesn’t make much sense to have three different races so close together on the same day.
