“On Saturday February 6th at 12 noon till 5 pm. Everyone will be asked to volunteer 2 to 3 hours in this time frame. Here are the projects we are planning. Do a good turn for florence by picking up trash from parks, roadside, empty lots. Also raking yards of elderly people,trimming shrubs, working on nature trail at retirement home.Volunteer groups will be leaving every 15 minutes between noon and 2 pm. Volunteers should bring work gloves, rakes, and trash bags. Volunteers should bring project confirmation sheet with them. Volunteers should bring any water or snacks.These projects will be coordinated by Boy Scouts.
