I have not posted interesting finds on Craigslist in a while. There are three restaurants listed for sale on the Florence area craigslist. They are listed through a broker and do not have the actual name of the restaurant, but here they are: (You can click on each image to read the description.)

Pretty sure these are the Old Europe Mediterranean Grille, The Roma Oven, and The Crazy Dutchman Cafe, all owned by Sonny Shila and Julie Mercer.
I think the FLOG is correct. I was wondering how any of those make any money?? I never see people at Roma Oven.

Roma does a good takeout business. The others not so well.
Actually, Old Europe was a great business and was sold six months ago. This business provided for our family well for five years. Thank you Florence. We sold this business due to my health and Sonny’s health. I spent 2 weeks in the hospital just prior to us listing our business. They all did well.
Sonny’s back is not good and due to these issues we decided to get out of business and take care of ourselves for a little while.
Sorry, to cause so much gossip but, I felt like everyone should know that wants to. We are keeping Roma Oven and would love to see you there. We are busy there so call ahead….
I think it is so sad that folks always assume the worst instead of thinking, “wow, I sure do hope they are not sick or something?”
When we get well again, we might move or maybe, we will do something else with our time and life. We were so happy in the restuarant business, but you know age will tell on you in time.

YOu should not speak so matter of fact regarding things you do not know. Sonny is on a cane now during bad periods of time due to his back problem and had to travel to Holland to see his doctors there. He may later be facing serious back surgery. Right now they are putting it off.
I have also been very sick.
