If you are looking for a gift of jewelry for your Valentine, I recommend Travis Jewelers in Florence. I am not a big jewelry shopper, but every time I have been in their shop I have been impressed with their excellent customer service. The first thing I went for was to have a ring rhodium plated. This is the process of making a gold ring look silver, and it was surprisingly inexpensive. Although there were tons of beautiful, expensive pieces of jewelry on display, Mr. Travis treated my minuscule purchase as if it was just as important as those pieces. That is the hallmark of good customer service.
