Bill is smoking meat Monday night and Tuesday, so if there is something specific you want, let us know so that we can have it ready for Tuesday afternoon pick-up. We will most likely do ribs, pulled pork, BBQ beans and possibly some chicken if we get enough orders. And of course, our amazing BBQ mustard sauce for which Bill has become known is always available!
