Thanks, Flossip, for providing this to readers. Our pets are often are very best friends and it’s heartbreaking when they disappear. We just recently lost a member of our family. Do you think you could help spread the word?

Date Missing: February 22, 2010
Dog Name: King
Breed or Mix: Chihuahua
Age: 1 year, 8 months
Address/intersection/or block dog went missing from: Gause Canal Road, Coward, SC
Narrative of the last few days leading up to the disappearance and of the day the dog went missing: He was an inside dog but had recently started going across the road to the neighbor’s female poodle whenever we took him outside. When he got away the last time, he chased the other dog and ran to their house. They live down a long, dead-end dirt lane. Since he visited them sometimes, and their dogs visited us, we didn’t chase down the lane after him. That’s the last we’ve seen of him. The neighbor’s poodle also disappeared at the same time. We miss him so much! We also have another dog, Pig, who is so depressed since her partner in crime disappeared. Please help us find King.

Also, Carlton Purvis from the Florence Morning News is putting together a story on stolen and missing dogs in the area. Apparently, there are quite a few best buddies that are disappearing and he wants to get to the bottom of the situation. His number is (843) 506-3078 and his email is CPurvis@florencenews.com.
