Apparently Lake City is the place to be September 16 – September 19. There will be two great festivals in one: South Carolina Tobacco Festival and the Heritage Music and Arts Festival. There is a website with a lot of information here.
Three great days of music start on Thursday, September 16th at 8PM with gospel performances by Crystal River, Eric Taylor and The Plantation Singers. On Friday, September 17th, the Band of Oz take to the stage with a Beach Music street dance. Then, on Saturday, September 18th, the music starts at 1PM and will feature Ten Toes Up, The Movement, Randy McCallister, The Plaids, and Jeffrey Allen Edwardsleading up to a special performance by Uncle Kracker at 8PM. A spectacular fireworks show will immediately follow Uncle Kracker’s performance.
