Yesterday I told you about the Palmetto First Move It! Family Fun Run that will benefit Hope Health. Today I want to encourage you to come to the run and stay for the Health and Harmony Festival that will be downtown following the Fun Run!

The Health and Harmony festival is a health and wellness festival that will showcase everything Florence has to offer to help our community make healthy lifestyle choices. Healthy food options, fresh produce, exercise demostrations, etc.
Also, the United Way and Harvest Hope Food Bank will be joining them on August 11th at Health and Harmony. Bring out school supplies or canned goods and help out those most in need in our community!
