I went to a restaurant out of town this weekend that featured local goat cheese, and I thought- why isn’t Florence embracing the goat cheese trend? It’s amazing.
And then I went to Da Massimo Restaurant downtown on Dargan St. Be still my heart…

I tasted that salad at the TKA fundraiser – The Taste of Florence a few weeks back & it was delish!
Rebel Pizza uses Goat Cheese in his LeChevre Pizza….my favorite!!!
That looks delicious, I’m kinda jealous!
I had a sweet potato, pepper, onion, and carrot curry with quinoa. I’m going to have some frozen yogurt in a bit.
Flossip, it’s great to see you connecting with Da Massimo downtown and local products. I was there the other day with my parents. We’ve got a review and a couple of podcast episodes about Da Massimo, Max and Jennifer, as well as about Lone Palmetto Farms, a local goat dairy that’s making a great name for itself. Michael and Stacy Atkinson are super people. Holler if we can be of service.
