I have had an alarm system with ADT forever. I called them recently to fix a door that needed a new wire… they told me that even though I have paid 3.95 extra every month for years to have some service agreement– it would be one million dollars to send someone to fix it. Then, once they scheduled that– the guy came thirty minutes after the window– and I had already left.
Whatever ADT, I am over it.
I called Pee Dee Alarm and I am flabbergasted at the excellent service I received. They came out quickly, re-wired that door, wired some other doors, gave me some wireless fun gadgets and a mobile app and all kinds of fun stuff. I can even add a thermostat that I can control from my phone.
I’m such a geek, y’all.
They don’t have a website or a facebook page… just good old fashioned customer service. Their number is (843) 662-4086 and so far I am really impressed.

Have been using them for several years….they are the best!
We have used PEE DEE Alarm for years and have always had wonderful customer service…I would recommend Fred to anyone and have! Best of the Best!
