Pita Pit- Florence, SC

in Things to do in Florence, SC

I had the opportunity to try Pita Pit last night, and I loved it!

I’ll be honest though– I got mine to go. The physical restaurant is a little bit loud and by 7:00 last night it needed a good sweeping. They had a steady stream of customers though and it has only been open a short while. My Flossip spy tells me that it is really nice at breakfast and calmer. (Thanks K!)

There are multiple menu options. I was starving and I created my own – I had a hummus pita and added cucumbers, spinach, roasted red peppers, and feta. YUM.

If you have been– what is your favorite order?

Great minds think alike! We ate there last night too! It was about 9 when we were there though. I had the tuna and had them mix it with the creamy pesto. My hubby got the falafel and my son got a Philly steak. We got it to go since it was so late. I do like that they are open until 2am on Friday & Saturday. Did you get the pita out card so you can earn points toward free food?

I haven’t eaten at Pita Pit here yet, but I ate at one in Gainsville, FL. If I remember correctly, I had a falafel pita that was really tasty. It seems like they offered tabbouleh as a side as well and we had an order of that. I can’t wait to try out the one here. I love the fact that you can order online and they deliver too.
