Thankfully this is not the actual cost of gas in Florence! (New gas station at David Mcleod Blvd across from Mall is getting ready to open. Isn’t it odd there is only one gas station there?) Thanks to the roving reporter that caught this shot!

Has the bell rung?

Since Taco Bell closed, the sign has said “Remodeling for 2009″. Now there is a “For Lease” sign out front. I remember when Taco Bell opened, it was big news for Florence. My team used to go there after matches, though we didn’t celebrate as much as we would have liked.

Flip this house– literally!

I love when people have the vision to do something that seems so smart, but no one else ever thought of it. This house faced Edisto and had an Edisto address. They added a garage and moved the front to Wisteria and will now get a Wisteria address. Smart!
